PRICING GUARANTEES

 

The prices stated in our brochures and on our website are subject to availability and subject to change.

Quotes, you are either receiving from us or your local travel agent, are valid for the indicated time period only. This is a time-frame of 24 hours usually.

The price for your holiday is guaranteed at the time of your reservation confirmation, when you pay your deposit within 7 days of reservation.

The deposit is $150 per person for long tour bookings and $30 per person for day trips. The final payment is payable at least 17 days before your departure.

All deposits are not refundable.

TOURS INCLUSIONS GUARANTEES

​

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the sightings of marine life and native animals on any of our tours. Each day brings a new and different experience with Mother Nature always in control. However, if you are not able to see more than two animals on our tours, we will offer you a $100 discount per person from our company.

For safety purpose, the hiking day in Cape Range National park is not guaranteed as temperatures are extreme and can exceed 40°c between December and March. The entire day will be spent in Turquoise Bay in the National Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case you change your mind about your travel plans or events occurred that prevent you from your travels, you will need to lodge a cancellation with us.

If you cancel your travels after your final payment, a fee of $200 per person for long tours will apply. You will also be charged supplier cancellation fees, which sometimes may be as much as 100% of the product.

For daytrips a cancellation fee of $20 per person applies. Supplier cancellation fees, which sometimes may be as much as 100% of the product, will be added to this fees.

 

In the case of any changes to your booking we cannot control, such as flight reschedules, overbooked accommodation or price rises in applicable taxes, we will get in contact with you and offer you options. We will ensure that we do everything possible to offer you the same holiday experience that you expected when making the booking. However, if the amended booking is higher in cost than your previous booking or it differs highly in the individual products, we are offering you to cancel the booking without any fees chargeable to us and refund your paid money, less supplier cancellation fees.

 

In the case that we need to cancel a tour in advance, that might be do to extreme weather conditions at one of our destinations, we will be issuing a full refund to you.

 

Please be aware that we are not able to refund any cancellations after you commenced your holiday. That does also include any pre-booked segments you have not be taken part of during your holiday.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Your personal information is intimate and we fully respect that and handle them discreetly. Please be aware that when you book a holiday with us, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy.That basically means that you agree that we collect, use and disclose your personal information in regards to supplying you with your dream holiday.

We will share and send your information to our suppliers; travel service providers such as transportation providers, tour operators and accommodation services that are part of your holiday package. We will also use your information internally in administrative and technical services to ensure your holiday organisation runs smoothly.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

Despite of all of our travel service providers are committed to overall safety, there always is a chance of unforeseen factors that will result into not experiencing the same holiday as expected. That includes for example a cancellation beforehand due to illness, illness at the holiday destination and loss of money and baggage. In all of those incidents a high amount of money is involved to recover.

For this reason, we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover all your travel arrangements. You should take your time to choose the proper policy for your travel plans. It is important that you read through the inclusions and exclusions, as some policies do not include specific destinations or adventure sports.

Your insurance protection should include cover for cancellation; medical and repatriation expenses; personal injury and accident; death; loss of personal baggage and money; and personal liability insurance.

Although travel insurance is not mandatory for a booking with us, we requested that local travel agent, consults you about travel insurance. It is mandatory that they make you aware of travel insurances and offer to purchase it with them.
