We don’t have any age restrictions on our tour. Nevertheless, we recommend that kids from 2 years old participate to get the most out of your experience.

ARE KIDS ABLE TO DO THAT TOUR?
​
Kids are able to participate in most of our day tours. For the longer tours, kids need to have moderate body conditions that allows them to walk around for a whole day and desirable be able to swim.

ARE YOU GUARANTEEING ME TO SEE THE ANIMALS?
​
At “Shake Hands with Aussie Starts” tour, we can guarantee sightings for most of the animals. During the rest of our tours, we are unable to guarantee sightings as most of the animals are wild creatures in their natural environment. However, our experienced and attentive crew ensures that you have the best possible chance to see and meet those animals.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Bad weather such as rain, wind and cold temperatures doesn’t stop us in tracking the animals. We will still be able to board the boats, coaches and snorkel in the ocean.
If extreme weather conditions at one of our destinations forces us to cancel a tour beforehand, we will issue you a full refund. If we are not able to continue the tour after departure, you travel insurance comes in place to cover for unforeseen costs and replacement.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?

All our tours include return transportation that picks you up from Perth and drives you to your destination. Other inclusions depend on your chosen tour and can be find in the detailed tour description.

DO I NEED TO BE A GOOD SWIMMER?
​
We highly recommend that you feel confident being in the open waters, as the sea can go rough and wavy. However, we supply safety gear like life jackets, noodles and floats that help you to navigate in the water.

DO I NEED TO BRING SPECIAL LUGGAGE?
​
On all our tours a water bottle is required that can be refilled. Days can get long and hot and staying hydrated is mandatory in Australia! Sun protection such as hats, sunblock and sunglasses are important, too. We suggest that you wear a T-Shirt and bring a jumper for your ride back.
For tours that include the contact with water, you will need to bring your swimsuit or bathers, thongs and a towel. For long tours, you will need to bring a few more shirts for changing and preferably hiking shoes.

CAN YOU CATER SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We do everything possible to cater all your special dietary requirements. However, they include a lot of planning and need to be stated in advance to let us and our suppliers prepare for your diet. We can’t ensure for 100% that the food contains any traces, as they products may get in contact with others during the cooking process.

WHICH LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED?
​
Our long tours require a moderate level of fitness. Participants need to be able to walk long distances in the heat, hike in the National Parks and snorkel in the water
